To enable us to complete your contact lens order we need to verify your contact lens prescription is valid and up to date.  In the UK, a valid prescription means one that details all the information required to provide contact lenses to you and it must be in date i.e. If you are overdue a contact lens aftercare check-up we cannot use the prescription.  We provide contact lenses in good faith and cannot be responsible for prescriptions that have been tampered with in any way.

Because of our unique shop set up, you don't need to choose your lens powers and other parameters when shopping.  We will take these straight off your valid prescription, saving you time and effort.  This also reduces the possibility of 'entering errors'.

If you scan your current prescription into your computer you can very simply send a copy electronically - just follow the instructions below.  If you are faxing your prescription, please fax to 01869 360529 Or post it to the address on your order confirmation.

We will automatically attach your prescription to your order thus ensuring that you receive the correct prescription efficiently.  Your information will be treated in the strictest of confidence and you may view our Privacy Policy at the bottom of our Terms and Conditions.
